After performing four songs off her hit album 'Loud' on the 'Today' Show in NYC, the singer was seen heading to a tattoo studio in SoHo, where she APPARENTLY got a new tattoo, but it's not confirmed if she did. Later the evening, she was seen arriving to a restaurant with her assistant to grab some dinner. The 'Loud' - tour is about to kick off in the States in some days and she will also premier her new video for 'Man Down' on Tuesday on 106 BET
